Searching for Personnel
From the Personnel dropdown, select Personnel Central.

To bring up the district's current personnel listing, click the magnifying glass.

To search for a specific, active personnel approval, fill in any of the search criteria available and click search.

If an approval is found during the search, it will populate on the left-hand side of the screen.

To view the details of the personnel approval, click their name and the Personnel Approval and the Work Assignment panels will populate to the right-hand side.

NOTE: If you cannot find the staff member you are looking for from Personnel Central, you can check the Un-Reported Personnel page under the Utilities menu. The Un-Reported section is a list of teachers retrieved from the Employment Information System(EIS) that have been identified as working in a special education position but do not have an approval record for the current school year.

However, if the staff member you are looking for is not listed under Personnel Central or the Un-Reported Personnel section, you can add a new personnel approval record. To do this, see Adding Personnel Approval Record.
