2018-19 DECEMBER 1ST CHILD COUNT TIMELINES
12/01/2018 – Ensure all students are entered into I-Star in preparation for the December 1st child count.
01/31/2019 – All corrections/additions for the December 1st child count closed.
02/01/2019 – Student Approval and IDEA Child Count Errors/Duplicates resolved between districts and ISBE.
03/02/2019 – 03/15/2019 Final verification and clean-up of December 1st approval records by Funding and Disbursements Staff at ISBE.
03/18/2019 – 03/27/2019 District Administrator certification of December 1st child count. NOTE: No approval changes accepted.
03/28/2019 – 04/04/2019 ISBE preparation of final child count file to USDE.
