New 2016-17 Special Education Student Computation Reports
The Special Education Student Computation Sheet Reports are now available in I-Star for the 2016-2017 regular term and 2017 summer term. The computation reports reflect the total claim and actual reimbursement amount levels which are 100% for Individual Orphanage, 100% for Summer Orphanage, 89.9% for Private Facility and 13.9% for Excess Cost.
To generate the special education student computation sheets in I-Star, go to the Reports menu.. Under report type select Student and under report categories select Reimbursement/Claim. Choose the computation report that applies to your claims filed in I-Star. Make sure to select the correct school year 2016-2017. (Reports may be empty if no claims were submitted for that category.)
Note: Fund code B students with multiple records approved and claimed at the same private facility program may have the tuition costs from those records combined to accurately calculate the proper reimbursement amount. The final reimbursement calculation will be reflected on the last student record.
