December 1 Child Count Snapshots Begin Jan. 15th

The end of 2020 is quickly approaching. The beginning of 2021 will be a busy time in I-Star. Now is the time to be sure that ALL students receiving services on December 1, 2020 have an active, approved Student Approval record in I-Star.
The December 1 Child Count Snapshots will begin Friday, January 15th and will continue on a weekly basis until February 19th. The purpose of the Student Approval Data Snapshots is to ensure the correct students are included in the December 1 Child Count. The FINAL December 1 Child Count will be collected on Wednesday, February 24th. Once this is collected, no changes will be allowed to a Student Approval record.
Harrisburg Project will host webinars geared toward the December 1 Child Count for districts, as well as webinars geared toward the Superintendents who will complete the December 1 Child Count Certification.
