Parent FAQ and Revised Parent Guide

ISBE is releasing the attached “FAQ for Parents of Students with Disabilities – 2020-21 School Year.” We appreciate the feedback provided during the development of this FAQ by representatives of North Suburban Special Education Organization, Springfield Public Schools District 186, the Advisory Council for the Education of Students of Disabilities, Family Matters, and the Family Resource Center on Disabilities.
ISBE is also releasing its revised “Parent Guide” for Special Education. The updated Spanish version is not yet available.
