This portion of the User Guide is for administrators who will be managing security for I-Star Plus users. This part of the guide should be completed before staff training.

The District Security Administrator of I-Star Plus is responsible for security management and district maintenance management.

NOTE: To gain access to the District Security Administrator role, users must ask the district's current District Security Administrator(s) to grant access manually within the system.

The District Security Administrator Role will be responsible for the following actions in I-Star Plus:

  1. LEA List Maintenance
  2. User Search/Permissions
  3. Adding Custom Notes
  4. Adding Custom Events
  5. Uploading Permissions
  6. Mass Change
