Find the student whose approval requires an end/add and click on the record from the left-hand side of the screen.

In the ''Student Approvals'' section, click the chain icon under the ''Actions'' column for the student you wish to perform the ''End/Add.''
Locate the “Student Approval Data” section and click on the chain link icon to perform the End/Add.

Enter the end date and exit code for the student’s first approval record and click ‘Do End/Add”.

Edit the ''End Date for original Approval'' of the current record if what has auto filled is not correct. Choose the ''Exit Code'' and click '''Save'''.
 
The new approval will automatically begin the day after the previous record’s end date. To edit the end date, click on the “edit” icon to bring up the student approval.

Change the new record’s begin date (if needed) and click the “Check Errors” button to update.  
NOTE: If you have ''Notes'' listed on the ''Student Approval'' record and would like to copy the notes onto the new ''Student Approval'' record when performing an ''End/Add'', select the ''Copy Notes'' checkbox.

This process will make a copy of the current record. The new record will have a ''Begin Date'' one day after the end date of the original record. Edit the new approval record for the student. To check for errors on this student approval record, click '''Save & Check Errors'''.

When the student approval record is completed, select the '''Continue''' radio button and then click '''Save'''.

- Fund Code Change

Locate the Student dropdown and click on Student Central.

Find the student whose approval requires an end/add and click on the record from the left-hand side of the screen.

Locate the “Student Approval Data” section and click on the chain link icon to perform the End/Add.

Enter the end date and exit code for the student’s first approval record and click ‘Do End/Add”.

Click cancel to return to Student Central.
