ISBE partnered with Harrisburg Project over 40 years ago to provide training and support to the Special Education Community. Harrisburg Project strives to ensure excellent client service and extensive training for all users of the ISBE I-Star system.

We offer both toll-free phone support and email support as well as on-demand interactive video training, short feature demos, classroom training, and a recorded video library with closed captioning.

We work directly with ISBE to translate client needs into useful software solutions and provide the training to use software effectively.
